The songs were recorded with engineer Ippei Suda at LM Studio in Osaka's Yotsubashi neighborhood, marking the final recordings featuring drummer Kahokiss, who retired after last year's Fuji Rock Festival. Otoboke Beaver has since found a new drummer in Leo (Emi), a co-founder of Ni Hao! and a former member of Shonen Knife. This addition brings a fresh dynamic to the band's sound.
